Perimenopause menopause symptoms: Menopause is a nightmare

As a woman, its dreadful having to cope with the
monthly bloody period .... having to change tampons
and sanitary pads every few hours.

And once the blood dries up forever .... then another
nightmare emerges .....

Yes .... its the monster called Menopause !!

Whether it is a pre-menopause .... a peri-menopause
or a post-menopause .... the effects, the horror and the
sufferings of menopause symptoms are all the same.

You get hot-flush .... you experience dis-orientation and
dis-enchantment .... you feel lonely and helpless deep within
..... your mood swings worst than a yo-yo ..... your temper
shoots up higher than a rocket .... doors get slammed, cups
and plates get smashed up, books and cushions fly all over
the room, screamings and un-controlled yelling can be heard
miles away ..... having menopause really makes you crazy !!

You and I are not the only ones being tortured by the bad
symptoms and side effects of menopause.
