Menopause problems and solutions

Menopause is now a common issue globally.

Why is menopause such a high-risk health problem in this
modern world ?

Is it due to genetic issues ?
Is it due to the tropical weather that induces menopause
symptoms periodically and causing the periods to be irregular,
thus contributing to early menopause ?

Or is it due to the loose lifestyle of the western
women ..... frequently having sex with male partners......
damaging their female sex organs and subsequently contributing
to the malfunctioning of their ovaries and ended up having an
peri-menopause ?

Or perhaps the hot spicy food eaten by the women
is the reason that made the menopause rate so high ?

The real reason is not known, but using an example,
